Here is our ‘This Week at Colleges We Are’ for your information.
Nursery
We are continuing with Goldilocks and encouraging the children to tell their own version. Using descriptive words for the story, for example hot porridge, soft chair, lumpy bed, golden hair, sharp teeth.
Daisy Room
We are carrying on reading Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We are looking for birds in the garden and creating our birds and nests.
CANCELLED – This Weeks Woodland Adventure
Due to the recent high winds, a tree has become dangerous in our woodland area. Therefore the Woodland Adventure on Wednesday 22 January has been cancelled. We are hoping this will be resolved quickly but we will keep you up to date.
Woodland Adventures
These start this week and you should now all have received your letters which includes your dates. Please return your consent/volunteer form to your keyworker as soon as possible if you have not already done so. In order for us to go ahead with these outings we are reliant on parent volunteers, so please do volunteer if you are able, even for just one or two dates. Thank you to all those who have already volunteered their time.
Cake Sale
We will be holding a cake sale on Wednesday 12 February, further details will follow.
Wet Weather
We are in need of any waterproofs and welly boots for the children, any donations would be greatly appreciated.
