Dear Parents/Carers
Here is our ‘This Week at Colleges We Are’ for your information.
Please remember that this Friday is a Training day and both the Nursery and Daisy Room will be closed.
Nursery
We are still getting familiar with all the activity areas in the nursery and outside.
Daisy Room
This week we will be exploring conkers and creating our own special conker artwork.
Clothing
Can you dress your child appropriately for the weather and consider the heavy rain we have been experiencing. Wellies are perfect for outside but your child will need a change of shoes to wear indoors. Children need several changes of clothes including socks and underwear. Please talk to your keyworker if you are having difficulty in providing.
Cake Sale
We will be holding a cake sale on Wednesday to raise money towards resources for the Nursery and Daisy Room. You should have all received a paper plate for your contributions and would be very grateful for your donations.
Ark Farm
We will be having a visit from Ark Farm small animal encounter, the children will have the opportunity to meet a selection of small animals. Such as chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, a pygmy hedgehog, a leopard tortoise, an owl, sugar gliders and at least one lovely dog. www.arkfarm.co.uk
Photographer
Helen Alderton will be coming to take individual photographs on 30 October. She will also be able to take photos with siblings on the day. If you would like pictures with siblings please can you come to the office or email us as these will be scheduled separately before your child’s session.
