Here is our ‘This Week at Colleges We Are’ for your information.
Nursery
This week we will be thinking about “journeys” buses, trains, planes, cars and bicycles.
Daisy Room
We are looking at the changes happening in the garden, now all the flowers and plants are growing.
We will be doing lots of mark making outside and hopefully watching our sunflowers as they start to grow.
Weather
Please dress children in appropriate clothing for the warmer weather and check the spare clothes you have provided are also suitable for the warmer weather. Please ensure you apply sun cream to your child before they attend nursery.
Reminder
If your child has an accident or injury outside of nursery, please remember to tell staff before you leave your child so that an existing injuries form can be completed.
Arbury Carnival
The carnival will take place on Saturday 8th June and this year’s theme is Bedtime Stories. We will be having a cake stall and the children will be able to take part in the procession. We will be sending plates home for your lovely baked goods this week. Kettles Yard will be holding a free costume making workshop with Anu Templar. All Colleges Nursery families are invited to attend on Tuesday 28th May in the Small Hall at Arbury Community Centre from 10am – 12 noon.
Please remember Monday 3 June is a staff training day and the Nursery will be closed.
